Mike Seidl

Mike Seidl is executive vice president of RPS Solutions, Inc., a Colorado Springs-based small business that provides support and services to the U.S. intelligence and homeland security communities. He has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience in fields ranging from national security to higher education, at national and international levels. An intelligence officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency for more than 16 years, Mr. Seidl served in the USSR, many of the former Soviet and Yugoslav republics, China, Western Europe, and West Africa, as well as Washington, DC. He has also worked extensively in higher education, as a member of the president’s staff at both the National Defense University and Moravian College. His current business project is planning, designing, and implementing an Air Force Center for Intelligence Analysis Studies.
